7:15 2/16 Barefoot Contessa Inspired
Tonight, it was the meal that made the evening's photo. I just created this meal as inspired by the Barefoot Contessa. Filet mignon, drizzled in cambazola cheese, wild mushrooms with shallots and butter, and a side of broccoli. Wow...yes, I took a bow.
